- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.
- Aurayah is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Returns (3-Day Policy)
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, subject to strict quality checks.
To qualify:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and inclusions must be intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling will not be accepted.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined and shipped back to the customer.

Requests without proper documentation may not be processed.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
