At Aurayah, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  
• Delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days across India.
  
• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to external courier factors beyond our control.
  
• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.
  
• Aurayah is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
  

Returns (3-Day Policy)

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, subject to strict quality checks.

To qualify:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  
• All original packaging, tags, and inclusions must be intact.
  
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling will not be accepted.
  

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined and shipped back to the customer.

• Clear unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

• Reason for return
  

Requests without proper documentation may not be processed.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.
  
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  
• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the error is from our end.
  
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  
• Aurayah reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy standards.
